Updating firmware

This is a tool to fix firmware related issues with your VolumeMaster. 

This tool is for orders placed before 10/06/25. I am still developing the new firmware updater for version 2.0. Please contact me through support if you have any issues.

1) Download and extract 

2) Make sure all instances of the VolumeMaster software are closed. Nothing else can be connected to the COM port while trying to flash the firmware.

3) Plug your VolumeMaster via USB into your PC

4) Run VolumeMaster - FirmwareFlasher.exe

5) Select the correct COM port your VolumeMaster is connected to from the drop-down

6) Press the flash firmware button

A command window will appear with a progress bar. Wait a 5-10 seconds for it to complete.
