Love my volume master! first thing I have ever ordered off an Instagram ad and so glad I did. I had a few issues with software setup (completely my own fault) but i reached out to them via Instagram DM and they replied so quick and walked me through the process.

Build quality is great, software is easy to use and it does everything it says on the box. Happy I bought Australian made. Way better than alt tabbing.

The VolumeMaster device made in AUS is a nifty little desktop gadget that delivers exactly what it promises. Solid unit & looks/feels great to use on the daily. Built to last the way simple controllers should be. Well done.

Ok first, normally I don't buy something I see on Instagram, but I was actually quite intrigued with just how simple it is, the design and the use case. Works like a dream and the quality it great. If you're looking for a really neat and fun way to adjust multiple volume sources on your PC, this has been my favourite way. Definitely worth the $50 and maker is a great guy who responds within more than acceptable time

Love this little thing and have been using it constantly, no more alt tabbing! The aluminium case is sleek and the raised rubber feet are great for running my keyboard and mouse cables underneath. It's got a nice weight to it as well so no worries about it sliding around as you use it. The software is pretty barebones atm but easy to use (IMO), but I hear an update will be coming out soon. Would highly recommend for multitaskers like me and not to mention, it's aussie made.

A fantastic product that has been well built! Makes managing/balancing games, Discord and media simply a breeze!

On the software side, adding only running apps is a bit of a pain with the 1.3.3 release.
However, I have built and am running the 1.4.0-beta.1 and the features being developed are fantastic and a must have. Having simplicity by dragging the category tiles down such as games, media etc. and selecting apps from files are a massive step forward and super convenient. This beta has been working well so far in my testing and hopefully see it in release soon.

Does exactly as advertised, good quality. Tried with multiple games, doesn’t always work with some games however a restart of the game or VM software tends to fix it so largely a non-issue

Great tool for quickly adjusting the master volume or difference categories of tools. The software works well and is easy to use. Could think of not using it now that it is part of the system

The voicemeeter integration is what sold me on this. I hope that in the future the option for media controls is added too, as that would be an awesome addition.
Note: Do not try to tighten the nuts which hold the knobs in place, they are set to the correct tightness and any playing with them will change the resistance they provide.
I also would like to see the option to purchase a USB A to C cable on the web-store sometime in the future, as I think this would make set up process much easier.

I should have bought it the same day i bought my pc , braindead person can still be able to set it up and use it since its so easy to get it up and running very well done bringing such a peice of kit into existance

Exactly what I was looking for. I was always having issues with controlling volume between games and the videos/music I was simultaneously watching, which was easily solved by the Volume Master. And with YouTube and TV shows nowadays the volume mixing is always all over the place, and with games you often get parts, like fight sequences where the music can go from mellow to really loud. Pure software solutions were really annoying as it would often interrupt the game, and could cause freezing etc.
Since having it I have mapped the master volume, then browser volume, and the other knobs are mapped to whatever games I'm playing at the time. The software is simple, and have only had a rare issue where it just wouldn’t control the game I'm playing, although its very rare, maybe once every two days or so. It seems to always be fixed by just reopening the VM program.
Noting most of these are done in batches, I didn't wait that long, i think it was a week or two from purchase to arrival. Te device looks really nice and feels good to control, no notes. Just be aware you will need your own USB Type C connector, which is good anyway as the length you would need may vary anyway, and it keeps costs down.
The minus one star is just for the few times the software didn’t work perfectly.
